A set of two M12 x 1.5 taps is used to calibrate and create threads in blind and through holes manually using a special holder. The recommended bore diameter is 10.5 mm. The first tap, rough, has cut tooth tips, the outer diameter is smaller. The second, finishing, with short tooth segments, has elongated ridges.
