Prices for goods, procedure and terms of payment
1. Prices for goods on www.alakrab.lv are indicated in euros, including the amount of VAT in effect at that time in accordance with legal acts, as well as other taxes, if any.
2. For ordered goods, the Buyer can pay in one of the following ways:
2.1. using bank cards;
2.2. by bank order;
3. When the Seller receives payment for the goods, the order for goods is confirmed.
4. The Buyer, confirming the Rules, agrees that the documents for the purchase of goods - VAT invoices, which at the same time are the documents of the guarantee applied to the goods, can be provided to him physically together with the goods or electronically by e-mail, specified in the Buyer's registration form immediately after order execution. VAT invoices indicate the details of the Seller, the selected goods, their quantity, discounts provided, the final price of goods, including all taxes, and other data, the provision of which is necessary, approved by legal acts regulating accounting.
5. The price of goods after the Seller has confirmed the order may change only in exceptional cases when the price of the goods has changed due to a technical error of information systems, correction of obvious errors (having the nature of an oversight) or other objective significant reasons beyond the control of the Seller ( if there is evidence to support these reasons). If, in this case, the Buyer does not agree to purchase the goods at a new price, the Buyer may cancel the order by informing the Seller about it through www.alakrab.lv within 2 (two) business days. In case of cancellation of the order in the manner provided for in this paragraph, the Seller undertakes to return to the Buyer all amounts paid by him for such a canceled order.
6. If the Buyer has selected the goods of several different Sellers, the Buyer's basket of goods can be divided into separate baskets of goods for each Seller and with the formation of separate orders for such baskets. In the case of such a division, the price of additional services attributable to a specific order (for example, delivery, delivery of goods, etc.) is accordingly divided into separate orders, therefore, it may differ from the price of services specified in the description of a specific product.
Warranty
The warranty for the goods offered in the www.alakrab.lv online store is provided in accordance with the warranty service conditions specified by the manufacturer of the goods, but not less than 2 years.
Regulations No. 207 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on distance contracts" stipulate that the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods purchased in the online store to the seller.
Section 12, Paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or withhold compensation in case the product is damaged by negligent handling of the product during use or without following the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or its packaging is significantly damaged.
If there are any complaints about the quality of the purchased product during the warranty period, please contact the www.alakrab.lv office with an e-mail - [email protected] with documents confirming the product and payment. If a manufacturing defect is found in the service centre free warranty repairs are performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. If, during the inspection, a defect is found to be caused to the product by the customer during use, in the event of repair, the costs must be borne by the customer. To avoid misunderstandings, please read the instructions for use of the product carefully.
The warranty obligation is cancelled in cases where:
- the product, intended for personal (household) use, has been used, for example, for profit, for production purposes;
- the product has been used without following the warnings in the instructions for use;
- it has been established that the product has undergone unqualified repairs;
- changes have been made in the construction of the product;
- The product serial number is illegible, has been changed or deleted.
The warranty is void if damage is found caused by:
- foreign objects, insects, liquids or other substances entering the goods;
- as a result of natural disasters, fires and accidents;
- as a result of inadequate power supply or non-compliance of telecommunications and cable network parameters.
Your complaints about the quality of the purchased goods will be resolved in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers regulations no. 631. “Procedures for Applying for and Examining a Consumer Claim for a Goods or Services Not Conforming to the Terms of the Contract”. When returning the product, the money for delivery is not refunded.
