Information of return policy
1. www.alakrab.lv Buyer ("Buyer"), who is a consumer (individual), has the right to cancel the agreement ("Agreement") concluded between the Buyer and SIA Kvatra within 14 (fourteen) days without giving reasons ("Seller") to purchased goods ("Goods") in the online store at www.alakrab.lv.
2. The term for the use of the right of withdrawal expires within14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods. If the Buyer has ordered several Products in one order, which are delivered separately, then the period of use of the right of withdrawal is counted from the day when the Buyer or a third party, which is not a carrier and indicated by the Buyer, received the last Product. If a product is delivered consisting of several lots or parts, then the period of use of the right of withdrawal is counted from the day when the Buyer or a third party, which is not a carrier and indicated by the Buyer, received the last lot or part of the Product. For contracts for the regular delivery of Goods, the period of use of the right of withdrawal is counted from the day when the Buyer or a third party, which is not a carrier and indicated by the Buyer, received the first goods. If the end of the term falls on a day off officially established in the state, then the right to refuse is valid until the working day following the end date of the said term (including it).
3. In order to exercise the right to withdraw, the Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement by sending or submitting an appropriate written notification in free form, which includes the Buyer's notice of withdrawal from the Agreement. The notice of cancellation of the Agreement must be submitted to the actual address of the Seller (the addresses are indicated in the online store at www.alakrab.lv) or sent electronically by e-mail to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the Buyer's electronic notification, the Seller immediately sends the Buyer a confirmation of receipt of the notification to the Buyer's email address.
4. To comply with the term of the right to withdrawal, it is sufficient if the Buyer sends his message about the exercise of the right to withdraw to the Seller before the expiry of the term of the right to withdraw.
Consequences of Exercising the Right of Refusal
5. If the Buyer withdraws from the Agreement, the Seller will return all money paid for the Goods, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs arising from the fact that the Buyer has chosen a delivery method that is not the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Seller), without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day when the Seller was informed of the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the Agreement. If only part of the Goods is returned, then the shipping costs will be refunded only if a lower tariff is applied to the rest of the Goods of the same order when they are purchased separately than that applied when purchasing the Goods together with the Goods that are to be returned, and only in the amount equal to the difference in the indicated tariffs.
6. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that the customer used in the transaction. In any case, no money will be withheld from the Buyer in connection with the return.
7. The Seller has the right to delay the return of funds to the Buyer until the moment when the Seller receives the Goods or the Buyer provides the Seller with confirmation that the Goods have been sent back, depending on which of the actions was performed earlier.
8. The Buyer immediately, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days after sending the notification to the Seller about the use of the right of withdrawal, returns or transfers the Goods to the actual address of the Seller (Krustabaznīcas 9a, Rīga) or to a person authorized by the Seller to accept the Goods. The deadline will be considered met if the Buyer transfers or sends the Goods to the Seller before the expiration of 14 (fourteen) days. The Buyer covers the costs of returning the Goods.
9. The Buyer is responsible for reducing the value of the Goods if the Goods were used for other purposes during the use of the right of withdrawal, and not to clarify the nature, properties and operation of the Goods. For verification purposes, the Product is used to the extent that it can be done in the store.
