Yeast for the fermentation of must and mash, used a type of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which is from an ecological environment.
Instructions:
Dissolve 10 g of yeast in 1 dcl mixture of must and water (ratio 1/3 : 2/3) at a temperature of 35 - 40°C. Let the mixture stand for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then pour it into the must, mash.
dosage:
10 g of yeast is intended for 50 L of must, mash.
