The catalyst is a preparation for removing soot from chimneys and flues. It also improves the economy of operation of stoves and boilers. The use of a catalyst has a preventive effect against fires caused by the ignition of soot in flue pipes. The purification principle consists in a catalytic reaction by which the settled carbon black is converted into carbon dioxide. It is a flame-free combustion process at a lower temperature than conventional combustion. The recommended dosage for local heaters, fireplace stoves, boilers for floor heating is 1 bag, for central heating boilers 2 bags. It is not recommended to use a larger dose at once. In case of heavy soiling, repeat the cleaning procedure. Use: Put the bag on the hot fuel and close the heater to prevent the active substance from escaping into the environment.
